For 21 years, we’ve been with our couples every step of the way, from the very first idea to the last dance. We plan, design and manage every little detail, so each wedding is custom-created around the couple’s unique vision.

You can be as hands-on as you like, or leave it all up to us and be wonderfully surprised… and anything in between works too! However you choose to plan, you can rest assured your wedding will be beautiful, memorable and stress-free.

Full Wedding Day Coordination
On your wedding day, you can relax knowing every detail is in experienced hands.

  • Principal Planner presence: Barbara personally oversees all the key moments of your day, from setup and the ceremony through dinner and the formal reception traditions. Once the main events are complete and the party begins, our trusted coordination team takes over to supervise the rest of the evening and the final wrap-up.

Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Event Support

  • Up to 2 hours of assistance with venue selection, reservations and menu coordination for events such as rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners and meet-and-greets. This does not include on-site or day-of assistance or setup.
  • Extended planning and on-site coordination for additional events are available on request. Please ask for pricing and details.

Yes! We specialize in weddings at private villas and exclusive event venues in Puerto Vallarta. Once we know more about your vision, guest count and style, we’ll recommend venues that are a perfect fit and help you secure the one you love.

It’s not required, but many couples enjoy a planning visit. We stay in touch by email, phone and Zoom throughout the planning process, and we can attend site visits on your behalf. If you do come for a visit, we’ll meet in person for venue scouting and your menu tasting.

We recommend booking 12 to 18 months ahead, although 10 months to a year is usually plenty of time. Planning early gives you the best choice of venues and vendors, and makes it easier to find options that fit your budget. If your timeline is shorter, don’t worry! We’ve planned beautiful weddings in as little as 2 months when the stars align and the venue and vendors are available. The sooner you reach out however, the more options you’ll have.
